For my 13th birthday my mother bought me a voucher for my first facial and waxing treatment. I was really nervous because it was all so new to me, but Kylie made me feel a lot more comfortable. We started off with the waxing treatment, which was almost painfree and very effective, it only took a few minutes. Then we moved onto the facial, which was really relaxing and enjoyable. She knew when to make conversation and when to allow me to relax. It was a very pleasant experience and I would happily do it again.

She is always very friendly, positive and cheerful. She has a lovely modern comfortable beauty therapy clinic, and always goes the extra mile to make sure my facials are special and I feel completely pampered. I also get my lash’s tinted, and it has always been gentle and painfree! I now see her on a regular basis, because I love it so much, and my skin just glows now.
